Warranty Period

 

The standard warranty period for Qlassico products is 1 year from the date of purchase. Please refer to your receipt for the exact warranty duration.

 

Coverage Details

 

The warranty covers the following issues:

 

  • Manufacturing defects: Any defects arising from the manufacturing process, including but not limited to metal casting flaws, loose gemstones, or faulty clasps.
  • Craftsmanship issues: Any issues related to the craftsmanship of the jewellery piece, such as prong settings, soldering, or any other craftsmanship-related concerns.

 

Exclusions

 

The warranty does not cover the following:

 

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, neglect, or improper handling of the jewellery.
  • Any alterations, repairs, or resizing done by unauthorised third parties.
  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, and loss of gemstones due to regular use.
  • Damage resulting from exposure to harsh chemicals or substances.
  • Loss or theft of the jewellery piece.

 

Claim Process

 

  1. Contact us at hello@qlassico.com within the warranty period to initiate a warranty claim. You need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase and images showcasing the issue.
  2. We will then assess the claim and determine if it falls under warranty coverage. If approved, you are required to ship the jewellery piece to us for inspection.
  3. Once the inspection confirms the issue is covered under warranty, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you.
