The warranty covers:

  • Craftsmanship issues — including prong settings, soldering, or any other workmanship-related concerns.


Exclusions


The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, neglect, or improper handling.

  • Alterations, repairs, or resizing performed by unauthorised third parties.

  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, and gemstone loss due to regular use.

  • Damage caused by exposure to harsh chemicals or substances.

  • Loss or theft of the jewellery piece.


Claim Process


To initiate a claim:

  1. Contact us at hello@qlassico.com within the warranty period, providing your proof of purchase and clear images showcasing the issue.

  2. We will review your claim and, if approved, provide instructions for shipping the item to us for inspection.

  3. Once confirmed, we will repair or replace the piece at no cost to you.
