By placing an order with Qlassico, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.


TIMEFRAME


You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.


EXCLUSIONS 


Gift cards are final sale and non-refundable, regardless of the timeframe stated above.


CONDITION


Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.


RETURN PROCESS


To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@qlassico.com. Once your request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions for sending back your item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


SHIPPING


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturing defect. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for lost or stolen return packages.


EXCHANGES


Approved returns may be exchanged for another item. If the replacement item is of greater value, you will be charged the difference. If it is of lower value, the balance will be refunded.


REFUNDS


Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that additional time may be required by your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
